- Collaborate with product managers to determine how to communicate product values effectively to our user trough design and interaction within available timeline and priority- Collaborate with engineers to make sure no edge cases are missed, and the design are viable to implement- Collaborate with UX researcher to define research goals, determine relevant research methods, and documented all of it in research plan- Work on delivering end-to-end user flows, wireframe, hi-fi design, icon and illustration on product design projects- Pitch and initiate product improvement which is aligned with company's goals and target

- Build and maintain UI Design System for tax application products- Collaborate with Stakeholders to get insight about user needs and ideate about the design- Collaborate with Product Management to understand the timeframe, scope, and which priorities that needs to be achieved- Collaborate with the Engineers to minimize gap between design and implementation- Evaluate, ideate and iterate the design- Help designing graphic material for marketing and social media team- Guide Junior UI Designer, and Graphic Designer when needed

Assigned as a UI Designer on a development team of several online learning products. My role isn't limited only to provide design mockups for developers, but also collaborate together on the whole process from brainstorming to usability testing our product.
