Environment, Health And Safety Manager
Current•Collaboratively develop and revise EHS Programs and Procedures to meet Responsible Care Policy and legally obliged EHS rules and requirements.•Maintain a robust documentation system to ensure that the key activities including EHS procedures, rules/ regulations, presentation materials, SOPs, inspection and audit reports etc. •Execute site level REHSA and Eco Vadis Reporting processes.•Maintain site's compliance to Responsible Care Code 0,3,6 and 7 as code leader as well as coordinate and support activities of each RC code.•Provide first line technical advisory and supervising the daily operations via working closely with supervisors and contractors to identify and rectify potential safety and health hazards, •Develop, implement, and maintain an Emergency Response Management System in line with national and corporate rules.•Conduct regular EHS performance audits to recommend actions for improvement •Organize site inspections to develop safe work practices and housekeeping inspections in work areas. •Facilitate regular EHS meetings, communicating best practices and/or global incidents to promote awareness and adherence to EHS practices. •Analyze the training/education need and implement effective training plans to foster a comprehensive safety culture amongst employees (&contractors).•Support Trade Control, Product Safety, and Site Security activities.•Manage environmental, process and occupation health& safety relevant risk assessments of new and existing equipment and operations, ensure their communication, and maintain up-to-date documentation in alignment with EHS rules.•Lead effective incident investigations in line with mandatory and BASF requirements to identify root causes, recommended corrective/preventive actions and coordinate resources required. •Represent the plant in professional communities, seminars, and workshops to keep abreast of the latest local/corporate regulations, developments and best practices to enhance company's EHS programs.
