My responsibilities encompass:- Sales support.- Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to existing and potential customers.- Managing customer databases and facilitating effective communication with clients and prospects.- Ensure that products are displayed attractively in the store, with proper signage and pricing. - Maintain a well-organized and clean sales area.- Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods, and provide customers with receipts.- Keep track of inventory levels, restock shelves as needed, and report inventory discrepancies or shortages to management.- Work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
