E-Commerce Store Operations (Commerce)
Current- Ensure a robust brand inventory for e-commerce sales (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada)
- Monitor all e-commerce business performance metrics across all marketplaces.
- Organized online store production outputs in accordance with consumer demands and quality requirements.
- Monitor online stores’ production workflow by allocating staff and adjusting schedules to meet the demands.
- Execute agreed-upon activities pertaining to Store Operations in response to principals and Key Account team’s needs.
- Become the main point of contact for products and promotions update in the seller center, as well as marketplace features.
