• Determine, improve, and enhance new methods and routes for the production logistics network.• Generating internal and foreign customers’ logistics operations plans.• Managing supply and sale operations fleet.• Following material warehouses’ stock and system.• Ensuring and reporting personnel, warehouses, and fleet KPI’s.• Perform works about 5S, Kaizen, Kobetsu Kaizen, Maki Gami, 6 Sigma processes.

• Tracking of supplied goods’ dispatch process’.• Put into the process and check goods’ dispatch lists.• Tracking under-over production quantity of delivery/production process during the sub-industry and internal production operations.• Coordinate workflow operations with R&D, Quality Dep., Planning Dep. and Supply Dep.• Solving the problems appears in a warehouse along with transportation of material flows.• Fixing improper stock movement in the warehouse.• Control of the order’s material output aspect by component and quantity.• Examination of stocks. ( Barcode-System and Physical equality)• Checking supply areas of other production departments. (Paintshop, Final Assembly, Plastic Injection Dept, Metal Press Dep.)

• In charge of Kardex shuttle storage pieces of equipment.• Collecting and acceptance materials, raw materials, and goods into the warehouse for high-tech TV production.• Placing the products into the right place of warehouse and production lines.• With RF devices, actively product and materials transportation for transportation and production.• Preparing the TV component as kits for production. (MB-IPS-Wi-Fi card, Speaker)• Tracking production lines and feeding them with necessary components.

• Job tracking for import and export department.• Arrangement of papers ATR&Euro-1&Euro-MED&Certificate of Origin etc.• Tracking of customs declarations.• Processing of customs informations related programs. (Mavi Gümrük)• Tracking delivery orders and bills of ladings.• Completing necessary documents of ITC.
