I am junior researcher at Universidad del Rosario, where I am pursuing my PhD in economics. My research focuses on the implications of workers’ beliefs for labor supply and inequality, exploring their wishes, perceptions, choices, and expectations. As a graduate research assistant, I work with Alianza EFI, a research initiative that aims to promote formal and inclusive economies in Colombia and Latin America. I also collaborate with Rosario Experimental and Behavioral Economics Lab (REBEL), where I conduct experiments and surveys to understand the behavior and decision-making of informal economic agents.I am passionate about applying my research skills and knowledge to generate social impact and innovation.
