Managed the Dallas based team for recovery of over 1200 backlog tickets from the transition team to study state team. Coordinated with the Richmond, VA base Unisys team to bring the backlog down to fewer than 100 tickets in queue and to establish a trust relationship within half the predicted time line and at half the expected cost.
