Greetings and welcome! I have been in the wellness industry for my entire life and now have a space to call my own in Downtown Delray Beach. Florida. The name of my studio is Dancing Lion Studio.I also host all of our studio classes as well as my trainings, meditations and more virtually all over the world. My mission is to bring the beautiful, rich traditions of yoga and meditation to the modern yogi. Here at Dancing Lion Studio we have daily classes with an exceptional team. We are also a Yoga Alliance approved school and I lead teacher trainings. I offer corporate wellness programs, meditation programs as well as movement based programs for every population.
