• Support the day to day operational relationship with 3PL providers to enhance processes and communication, improve cost-effectiveness and ensure that the highest levels of customer satisfaction in terms of customer delivery performance are maintained.• Organised and chaired regular operational managers meetings• Initiation and management of stock take, monitor and analyse data relating to the performance of 3PLs. (KPI’s)• Hold 3PL accountable to the operations contract and ensure any variations are completed when necessary.• Manage distribution cost centre expenditure working together with finance and using internal systems.• Core Logistics tasks, e.g. stock comparison report and investigation discrepancies, working closely with the Product Planning Analyst.• Drive the Implementation of Roche FMD serialisation system into the 3PL warehouse. Be the serialisation system superuser and train fellow colleagues. • Be present to support in all 3PL audits. E.g. SHE & Quality Audits. • Logistics security data gathering.• Main point of contact for 3PL warehous • Superuser in SAP, SimpleBuy, Roche specific systems, Infra.

• Deal with internal and external customer queries in a courteous and professional manner• Managing key accounts for customers who have experienced a high volume of errors. • Order processing Via, Fax, Phone and Electronic EDI system. Process orders promptly and accurately within the required time frames. • Forecasting stock issues working with logistics to avoid UK patient level stock outs. • Work under large amounts of pressure and handle problems to a high standard.• Liaising with Distributors: Including arranging and tracking deliveries and managing delivery schedules• User of programs including SAP, Touchpoint, Cisco, Infra, Smart fix, Right fax, Lync and hangouts• Small projects and ongoing ad hoc jobs on the side. E.g. updating and maintaining delivery schedules for our Highland and Island Customers, controlling and monitoring Flu medication stock throughout the UK and Islands to prevent stock outs.• Being the RP for all stock in the UK during conferences and events when colleagues are out of the office.
