My role within the marketing team includes managing and overseeing numerous areas such as the website, social media, speaking events, awards and marketing collateral such as our brochure. I am responsible for keeping our followers and clients up to date via newsletters, blogs and social posts and have become the first point of contact for enquires.As partners of a charity community called Alt+, I also help oversee the creation of regular and insightful content and ensure training webinars are booked monthly.

Office Manager/PA Key Responsibilities:• Management of: - Service Level Agreement (SLA) contracts - CRM system – (Insightly) - Client helpdesk system - (Freshdesk) - Recruitment processes e.g., candidate selection and interview logistics - Diary management for Director and Operations Director - Office processes including stationery provisions. - Events such as Christmas parties and workshops. • Client /customer management via phone, email and front of house• Created and implemented processes for all areas of the business including web builds, sales, and health & safety. • Conducting website reviews and innovations for potential and new clients.• Writing and sending marketing emails for the company and clients, using both MailChimp an Dotmailer.
