- Coordinate the daily activities between Ace Mexico and the administrative personnel from the third-party logistics provider (3PL) that participate on the inventory management functions. - Maintain the level services of the operation, fill rate, order accuracy and timely delivery, inventory levels, turns, inventory accuracy and general warehouse operation. - Replenishment for local vendors and coordinate with import replenishment. - Compliance management, including imports and point of sales. - Coordinate processes and reviews with other Ace Team departments. - Monitor the cycle count processand perform monthly audit with Finance personnel. - Visit at least once a month 3PL warehouse to see outstanding issues and discuss monthly KPI results.
