Forestry Engineer graduated from UNESP Botucatu.Worked at OKA Bioembalagens developing her knowledge in Sustainability and Biomaterials. Led the company's participation in the Global Compact, a UN-led initiative that brings the 17 SDGs to the corporate environment.Her performance as an R&D Intern led to an opportunity to work as a Project Coordinator in the Inova Amazon Program, a partnership with SEBRAE. She joined the SEBRAE Entrepreneurial Partner Program and, during the coordination of this project, developed a plan for reforestation in the Amazon through biodegradable capsules, which would be distributed by cutting-edge technology drones. The main purpose of this project was to stimulate the Circular Economy in the Amazon Forest, bringing innovation to the region.She interned at the São Paulo Forest Institute, contributing to the Forest Grant Plan (PAOF), for the concession of land and parks in São Paulo, collaborating on the planning and use of mapping to delimit areas to be granted, organizing documents and using IBGE platforms to control data and prepare spreadsheets.She conceived the Workshop Transforming Young People into Leaders, in which her event organization, networking, and leadership skills were honed. The TJL Workshop was a success story in her career, as it brought together young people highlighted by Forbes, winners of international Sustainable Design contests (What Design Can Do), and leading speakers in the multinational market. With impactful lectures on the lives of young people of the new generation, in addition, the course Motivating and Inspiring Individuals, taught by Michigan State University, was the impetus for the start of this young leadership movement, as it was the basis for the Workshop's content. Therefore, her networking, organization, and leadership brought results that positively impacted the lives of many young people in Brazil, with book giveaways about careers, through sponsors mapped for the event.Worked as an Environmental Consultant at Geo Brasilis. In this role, she brought her expertise to prepare reports, work on ESG, and develop meeting minutes, Excel spreadsheets, and Vegetation Reports. She supervised the forest area in the licensing programs of CETESB, and worked on environmental projects for large companies with wind and solar energy projects in northeastern Brazil, with field interviews and surveys.Currently is working on Environmental Consultancy at FD Consultoria Florestal.

    The Forest Engineering course at the Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) is a five-year undergraduate course focused on training professionals capable of working in the management, conservation and sustainable use of forest resources.During the course, we receive a solid background in exact, biological, and social sciences, besides a technical base to work with forest management, ecology, silviculture, and technology of forest products, among other areas.UNESP offers a structure of laboratories and modern equipment for practical classes and research projects. We, as students, also had the opportunity to participate in supervised internships in companies and government agencies, as well as extension projects with the community.At the end of the course, the Forest Engineer graduated from UNESP is able to plan, manage and implement projects for the use and conservation of forest resources, taking into account the economic sustainability for large companies.

    As project manager, I had the opportunity to lead an ambitious initiative of great impact: the reforestation project in the Amazon. In partnership with SEBRAE, this project's main goal was to stimulate the Bioeconomy in the Amazon, using circular economy techniques. As part of this project, we developed biodegradable capsules for the Amazon Forest Restoration, which were planned to be distributed by drones, aiming an adequate dispersion of the seeds, in all forest strata.To achieve these results, we selected the ideal species for the Amazon region, participated in mentoring programs to accelerate the development of the startups involved in the project, and trained ourselves in corporate financial planning, customer prospecting, and identification of the company's persona.This project was a success in all aspects, and I feel very proud to have led such a competent and committed team. In addition, the experience allowed me to develop essential skills in leadership, project management, and complex problem solving.
