RISK SYSTEMS SUPPORT GLOBAL HEAD - SENIOR VICE PRESIDENTTeam building and management of over 40 professional resources based in Buenos Aires, Manila, Warsaw and Tampa. RSS provides global user support for credit and operational risk applications. A single point of contact for corporate bank users to escalate training queries, report requests, exposure investigations, data quality analysis for both direct and pre-settlement risk, as well as any item that requires a technology resolution. RSS manages an average of 4000 monthly items. This team acts as liaison between users, business stakeholders, senior risk management, and technology. All team members have a sound experience on Credit Processes and Risk Systems, based on understanding of user needs from a business perspective.• Successfully managed the expansion of the team into Manila, Warsaw and Tampa. • Created a highly motivated, high performing team, consistently receiving one of the highest VOE scores,• Creation and implementation of standards, processes, and K Bases required to deliver high quality and consistent support. • Global Coordinator for Finance and Risk Credit Integration Project• User training, leadership and coordination (on site and remotely) for several key Credit Risk Implementations during these years. • Data analysis function to investigate and address data quality issues • Strong collaboration/participation on Data Governance Committee and initiatives
