People Analytics Specialist
Current- Development of fixed and variable compensation policies for short, medium, and long terms;- Validation of annual variable compensation calculations linked to performance evaluation results and competencies, as well as short- or long-term bonuses;- Participation in salary surveys, analyzing and applying results to ensure external competitiveness;- Preparation and control of the headcount and personnel cost budget, recommending corrective actions;- Identification and provision of performance indicators to enhance internal consistency of compensation processes;- Control of the organizational structure, including personnel records, organizational charts, and reports;- Analysis and approval of movement proposals and defining functions and salaries of approved candidates, ensuring alignment with the budget and salary system;- Development and maintenance of the performance evaluation model, organizing training sessions and communications.
