To keep things concise, I have extensive experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies across various industries and environments. Among my past projects are several large-scale and complex change initiatives in the financial services and charity sectors. These initiatives involved introducing new online current account application journeys, implementing fee policies, and more. Looking through my professional history below, you will notice that an analytical mindset underpins every role, and business analysis was a natural progression that unified a lot of the skills I developed along the way. When eliciting requirements, I particularly enjoy understanding and discerning between wants and needs, focusing on adding value, reducing pain points, and employing techniques and approaches that involve visualisation.
