- International experience supporting employees in Canada.- Provide virtual support regarding license and benefits policies.- Creation of leave and disability cases according to the needs of the employee (Maternity, Paternity, Personal, Medical, and Provincial Licenses).- Help discover and resolve queries about the benefits the organization provides.- Resolve queries and issues related to economic and medical benefits.- Due to performance and metrics, I was able to participate in different projects, such as first contact resolution and content quality improvement.

- International experience supporting employees in the United States.- Resolve queries related to disabilities and license payments.- Address cases of leaves and absences due to disability according to the worker's need, such as medical, maternal, paternal, and personal leaves.- Provide virtual guidance to employees to create and submit requests through self-service.- Leave detailed tasks and notes for case managers to follow up on the existing case when I was no longer able to help.- Due to my metrics and performance, I was selected to be part of a real-time case management project and provide mentoring sessions to my colleagues.
