Main activities: Undertaking financial analysis and modelling to support valuation, financial due diligence, and deal structuring for M&A, IPO, and follow-on transactions. Preparing pitch books, teasers, information memoranda, and other marketing materials for client presentations. Conducting industry and market research to identify potential targets and opportunities for clients. Supporting senior bankers in relationship management activities, including attending client meetings. Applying product and capital markets knowledge to help clients achieve their financial objectives.

Main activities: Involvement in primary structuring and distribution of Debt Capital Markets deals. Forming relationships with investors for the purpose of market assessment in fixed income transactions. Development of and participation in roadshow presentations, bookbuilding and settlements. Analyzing the financial performance of companies for potential investors. Responsible for the development of process improvements through new applications and dashes.

Main activities: Three months of compartmental and analytics training followed by three two-month rotations across financial sectors. At the end of the Trainee program, I achieved Top 5 performance status and was awarded a scholarship for post-graduate coursework at Babson College, Boston, MA - USA.• Project Finance Rotation: the rotation focused on the construction of a model for brownfield wind power generation projects. The rotation provided opportunities to gaining new skills in accounting, economics, negotiation, commercial skills and products in the project finance sector.• Credit Risk (Credit card) Rotation: the rotation focused on the improvement of over limit modeling, during which I was exposed to coding languages such as R and Python, as well as probability and statistics.• Trading Desk (FX/Investments/Private) Rotation: the rotation focused on the creation of a new product related to an improved interface between FX and clients. Through this project I learned how to develop business plans and sell new treasury products.
