Manage a team to provide support to client groups on a variety of HR topics, including ticket response.Work closely with HRBP’s and HR COEs on the HR agenda for the AmericasImplement and execute HR programs and services including, but not limited to compensation, talent and performance management, employee engagement, equity/inclusion/diversityAdvise and assist people leaders on application and execution of HR guidelines, policies, processes, practices, and programsUnderstand and advise on HR systems and dataSupports emergent or urgent business needs as they ariseSupport team effectiveness for clientsFacilitate both live and virtual HR related sessions to support priority initiativesSupports development of employee and manager HR acumen; align to enterprise-wide development models & methodsUtilize and summarize talent data from reports and dashboards as needed to support business goals and problem solvingProvide policy interpretation and guidance for complex HR issuesUphold all HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with all state and federal laws at the same time ensuring fair and equitable treatment for WD employeesApply sound decision-making and business acumen to human resources issuesAdvises on HR / Talent solutions to support business objectives or solve business problems
