Coordinate and develop Brazil support team, stablishing a professional development program during the year and provide a full process of end year evaluation. Delegate tasks and organize the team staffed on different locations. Coach and develop team players according to the current role. Inventory control, procurement and purchases for equipment to local Office. Experience in Office moving, planning all the infrastructure change. Coordinate the local support for 05 offices, including: Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and Experience Studio, providing support reports, following SLAs as defined, uphold customer experience and monitoring the user requests with the help desk support team. Create IT local process according to the requisition, such as selling and old equipment donation, contingency plan for small offices. Using the scrum method to leverage the IT mini hub center in Latin America to provide equipment and supplies to several offices.
