Acompanhamento dos Scrum Masters e POs, atuando como multiplicadora do framework ágil para os times. Criação de Lean Kanban, identificação da cadeia de valor, estruturação das squads, etc. Atuação na formação de equipes ágeis e de alto desempenho, na formação de parcerias estratégicas com demais equipes e departamentos.
