As a Senior Healthcare Planner, my passion lies in listening to and learning from client’s experiences to create innovative and beautiful spaces that facilitate process and flow in response to each unique client’s culture.I believe EBD, Research and Lean complement each other in identifying challenges in current processes and provide clear and easy to use tools to address them. Used together, these strategies make staff engagement fun and exciting and provide the buy-in necessary in Healthcare projects. Lean allows staff to fully understand the delivery process and have ownership of the changes necessary to improve it. Improved patient and staff satisfaction and outcomes are a natural result of this process.I enjoy leading design teams; open mindedly sharing thoughts and ideas. I am passionate about healthcare design and love mentoring as well as learning from others. My experience includes large projects and teams as well as smaller opportunities where I fulfilled multiple project roles.I believe in projects where every team member has a voice and work in a collaborative manner. In my role, I am challenged to look at the project from high level to small details, bridging the gap between consultants, designers and contractors while always focusing on the client’s vision.
