• Responsible for Talent Acquisition strategies for all JDE Brazil, considering most part of the whole talent journey and experience, working on Attraction (EB), Selection and Onboarding, to increase the maturity level of TA processes.• Responsible for Manager positions LATAM - Working with hiring managers and HRBPs throughout the recruitment lifecycle.• Restructuring entry level programs: internship and apprentice, focused Diversity&Inclusion. • Delivered training to all hiring managers and HR community, to ensure continuity of tone of voice, as well as an equity-based approach to diverse candidates.

• Design the research strategy and create the source list in agreement with the consultant and the client. • Structuring the hunting ground, searching candidates using different tools as internal database, online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and hunting (mapping).• Initial candidates approach by telephone to identify their adherence with the profile position and understand: organizational structure, market context, compensation, motivation, etc.• Intense customers contact to show them about market scenario (organizational structures of their competitors and compensation paid by them, as an example) to add intelligence for the businesses.• Management of projects KPIs and quality and quantity reports to the patrons.• Feedbacks to the candidates and offers to approvals candidates.

Responsible for managing and implementing Bain’s recruiting initiative through marketing, employer branding, event planning and social media. I´ve worked directly with the global marketing recruiting manager to design and implement new marketing techniques and global recruiting improvement practices.• Plan and execute the events (job fairs and recruitment events), coordinate the materials to be printed (e.g. badge and advertising material), action items together with Recruiting and Graphics departments in recruiting relevant matters.• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.• Lead employer branding and employer branding initiatives.• Cultural Events - Elaboration of internal communication and conduction of cultural draw, analyses of responses, selection of the winners, deliver of tickets, monitoring possible changes and withdrawal, run satisfaction Surveys & Research.• Social Media and Website – Local channels LATAM: Keep channels active by producing new content on a weekly basis, creation of a content calendar around important recruiting dates that need to be promoted. • Execute and support all PR actions (e.g. articles, interviews with Bainies, brochures)
