I am a Psychologist graduated from Unipan (2006), Master in Community Psychology from the University of Brighton (2011) and Licenciate in Pedagogy from Unar (2018). I have knowledge in Office Pack and Power Bi, I speak fluent English (CAE) and I lived in Europe for 5 years (2007-2011).I have 5 years of experience as a team leader, coordinating and developing campaigns and internal and external projects. Acting indirectly in the areas of R&S, T&D, Endomarketing, organizational environment surveys and employee incentive programs.At the moment, I'm making a career transition, dedicating myself to studies in Data Analysis, in addition to, being very interested in the subject of Agile Methodologies. Therefore, I am looking for an opportunity that allows me to put into practice what I am learning and that also takes into account all my experience and knowledge acquired so far.Besides motherhood, what inspires me a lot are the challenges! By the end of 3 month we were already recognised and well said from being very productive ando ne step ahead. -
