Our consultants strive to provide the best solutions by leveraging Pega out-of-the-box functionality and features as much as possible.Responsibilities and Experience: -Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.-Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.-Sourcing in different platforms and Job boards.-Screen and manage the interview process.-Keeping track of all applicants/candidate as well as keeping applicants/candidates informed on the process.-Good understanding of technology and technical skills for the different Tech Roles.-Present the offer letters to the candidates and close the hiring process.-Knowledge and implementation of the recruiting process accordingly. -Efficient time management and organizational skills. -Experience working in different tech roles including: QA's, PM'S, SM, Developers, Trainers, Admin Roles etc.
