Current- Lead recruiter at The University of Michigan, Michigan State University and Wayne State University - Execute professional recruitment by way of one-on-one cultivation meetings and relationship building - Formulate a diverse pipeline of candidates and ongoing cultivation structures to support employee retention efforts- Create in-person events to cultivate leads and build lasting relationships with campus partners - Plan and facilitate events on professional development, racial healing, restorative justice, and educational inequity- Mobilize professional alumni/university faculty to engage in mutually beneficial events, networking opportunities, and classroom or regional site visits.- Utilize Salesforce and Power BI to interpret data to best support prospects
