At 99/Didi, I am responsible for supporting the team with:- Internal projects with data analysis;- Keywords research and competitive analysis;- Keep up with what's happening in other countries that are included in Didi;- Analyze performance and provide insights over the company metrics in web & app.

In UFABC Finance I am responsible for:- Coordinate a team delivering tasks according to the schedule and keeping people inspired to work;- Creating content for Linkedin and Instagram;- Creating and organizing a briefing to disclose the Finance Day, our annual event which was attended by more than 150 people and presented by important players from the Financial Market;- To disclose the selective process of the league;- Analyze Instagram data to provide insights and understand our audience.

Member of the Macroeconomics Project, “Mulheres no Mercado Financeiro” and also member of the Marketing Board focusing on the creation of posts to the Instagram page and looking to level up the visibility and engagement of the page and the publications.

UFABC Finance is the Financial Market league at the Federal University of ABC and aims to unite students from different courses with an interest in the financial market and its variables. As a Trainee, I participate in weekly meetings that allow the league's students to level up their technical knowledge, in addition to the projects and competitions that the league has.

In Volkswagen I was responsible for:- Assembly of the Cockpit parts (dashboard), such as glove-box, instrument cluster, air conditioning, radio.- Participation in regular reviews of the area for the audits, follow-ups on the quality frameworks, development of leaders KPIs and presentations for the senior management.

Manutenção corretiva, preventiva e preditiva de estampos na Estamparia da Volkswagen. Acompanhamento de prensas Schuler, incluindo a nova prensa PXL. Conhecimento sobre os processos da manutenção com acompanhamento de ferramenteiros da área ao utilizar máquinas, ferramentas e ao preencher fichas de manutenção.

Curso voltado á aulas como Robótica e Máquinas CNC, para desenvolver o domínio dessas ferramentas tão importantes para a produção, além de atividades em grupo para soluções de problemas na linha de produção em matérias como Administração da Produção e Organização Industrial. Além disso, foram desenvolvidos durante o curso conceitos de 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Indústria 4.0, Housekeeping e outras temáticas importantíssimas para manter a Indústria organizada e rentável.

Nesse período foram realizadas visitas as áreas da fábrica além do estudo de materiais, hidráulica, e outros temas importantes da área de mecânica industrial, além de trabalhos diretamente com a linha de produção e os processos.Média Anual: 93.
