Current- Experience in executive recruitment in Brazil and other Latin American countries, understanding the cultural differences and specifications of each country.- Executive Search research, from the first contact with the client, constant communication with candidates.- Experience in consumer/retail/FMCG, industrial, financial, TMT and health sectors.- Scope definition regarding the project and preparing kick-off materials with the client.- Market mapping to generate long and short lists of candidates matching each project.- Constant contact with the candidate to start interaction and first approach, aiming to check professional and cultural fit with the position and company.- Material prep for clients and candidates, ensuring a 50/50 exchange between the two during future interviews.- Interview management between candidates, clients and partners.- Conduction of professional references, as well as sending and evaluating assessments.- Direct contact throughout the process with key stakeholders from various multinational and national companies.- Executive talent search and analysis through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Invenias, Salesforce and networking.- Customized strategy development based on clients' unique needs.
