• Responsible for understanding, analyzing, and maintaining timetables for large infrastructure project permitting, under the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council (FPISC) contract. Working with this type of dataset also allowed me to gain unique Knowledge on Federal infrastructure projects, Federal environmental rules, and Federal agencies hierarchy. • Maintain collaboration schedule, host meetings, develop meeting materials and minutes for the Permitting Council, comprising deputy secretaries of 13 Federal agencies, the Chief Environmental Review and Permitting Officers (CERPOs), and the Permitting Dashboard Administrators.• Support the FPISC Executive Director directly in coordinating and facilitating the work of the Permitting Council and CERPO members to include maintaining updated documentation and records on MAX.gov, coordinating the review and feedback of work products, and engaging with members individually on permitting matters. • Responsible for implementation and maintenance of FPISC’s Smartsheet Platform, providing transparency and tracking of agency projects needs and timelines. • Build reports using the FPISC internal permitting database to improve the transparency, predictability, and outcomes of the Federal environmental review and authorization process for certain large-scale critical infrastructure projects. • Handle ad hoc requests for the Executive Director and FPISC team, such as overhauling the organization and structure of the Permitting Council’s MAX.gov repository.
