Use of standards such as HL7 FHIR, HL7 v2, IHE profiles, SNOMED and LOINC for data normalization and mapping;- Using Forge as the official HL7 FHIR profile editor to create and validate FHIR Profiles, Simplifier to create, upload, validate profiles and any other FHIR Conformance Resources, Messaging Workbench to create HL7 v2 message profile and Mirth Connect;- Supporting on all functional and not functional requirements meetings to the internal clients of synchronous and asynchronous systems in the development of the profilers;- Development on test cases scenarios based the flows of RESTFull messaging through the PNB (Portuguese National Broker) and LIGHt (Local Interoperability Gateway for Healthcare) of the integrated systems of SPMS;- Application of Scrum Agile Methodology.

Thesis title: Impact of Technology Use on Organizational Mindfulness: Proposal for a Theoretical Model.During my research work, I developed and validated a model to evaluate the impact of the use of technologies, by decision makers, on the quality of collective attention (Organizational Mindfulness) in the health area.Organizational Mindfulness was initially studied to understand how High Reliability Organizations (HRO) avoid catastrophic errors. Currently, increasingly used in organizations that pay close attention to what happens around them, refusing to operate on “autopilot”.HROs are organizations that achieve safety, quality, and efficiency goals by employing 5 principles: 1 - Preoccupation with failure (to view near misses as opportunities to improve, rather than proof of success); 2 - Reluctance to simplify (the acceptance that work is complex, with the potential to fail in new and unexpected ways); 3 - Sensitivity to operations (heightened awareness of the state of relevant systems and processes);4 - Deference to expertise (to value insights from staff with the most pertinent safety knowledge over those with greater seniority); 5 - Commitment to resilience (to prioritize emergency training for many unlikely, but possible, system failures).With a quantitative approach, it was possible to show where there is a lack of Organizational Mindfulness and where the organization can intervene and act quickly to achieve its objectives.
