• In charge of 34 professionals (Manufacturing and Quality Engineers & Operators).• Responsible to start up a new Composite Latecoere site in Mexico referring to Quality & Manufacturing Engineering.• Implement whole the AS9100 - Quality Management System, NadCap Accreditation and Process Qualification for new BOEING products.• Define the manufacturing process for ATL- Automated Tape Laying, HDF – Hot Drape Forming, Autoclave, CNC Machine & Assembly) and quality inspection gates for BOEING (BAC5317 & BAC5578) and EMBRAER composites.• Introduce Lean Manufacturing, SQDCP, KAIZEN and KPIs management.• Develop APQP, PPAP, PFMEA & FAI Approval, including Quality Tools (8D, A3, 5W) for Root Cause Analyses and Corrective Actions

• Responsible for the Special Process and Improvements at Composites Excellence Center: - Hand Lay Up. - ATL - Automated Tape Laying (Automated Processes for composite aircraft structure). - RTM - Resin Transfer Molding.- Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing).- Structural Bonding.

• In charge of 27 people team of QA/ Production inspectors.• Oversee the Hand Lay Up process, Repair station, incoming/ final inspection, glass and carbon fiber testing, autoclave cycle analysis and other activities to ensure compliance with stated requirements (composite materials) - AIRBUS and EMBRAER components.• Support cross-operational processes such as MRB control (non-conformances management), Stamp Control, Calibration management, etc.• Familiarity with the applications of aerospace industry requirements of NADCAP - Special Process (Chemical Processing, Composites and NonDestructive Testing), First Article Inspection - AS9102, Aerospace Operator Self Verification Program – AS9162, AS9100, EASA and ISO 9001.• Extensive experience problem solving, searches for root cause and addresses issues using industry tools and methodologies (8D, PDCA, A3, etc..) .• Knowledge of APQP, PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis) and PPAP process.• Ability to analyze and develop policies/procedures, to perform sound root cause analysis, and to perform process mapping.• Train operators and Quality personnel to new and/ or improved methods of inspection, processes, and work instructions.• Responsible for NDT Department (Ultrasound Inspection) A-SCAN (Manual Pulse Echo), C-SCAN (Automatic Through Transmission & Automatic Reflector Plate) performed with KUKA robots.

• In charge of 7 people team of manufacturing engineers of structural assembly.• Investigate and effectively resolve critical production issues.• Represent the operations department on multiple new product development projects• Interface with customer and supplier quality and engineering contacts during reviews, audits, and on-site visits.• Actively lead Material Review Board activities in accordance with AS9100 requirements.• Participate on Root Cause / Corrective Action teams to address critical quality, design, and process issues.• Prepare technical analysis, develop and release manufacturing methods and processes required to meet design objectives on new or improved products/processes.

• Provide technical support and assistance with the development and improvement of the process regarding to landing gear manufacturing and overhall - MRO.• Develop procedures of assembly, disassembly, repair and testing and fault isolation for CMM (component maintenance manual) and AMM (aircraft maintenance manual). • Elaborate SB Service Bulletin, BOM (Bill of Material) and IPC (illustrated parts catalogue). • Represent the Technical Publications Department within the Integrated Product Development Team during the program development phase activities.
