We were four professionals on an amazing journey: from data collection, passing through exciting analysis, to awesome visualizations. Our daily challenge was to empower our 30 colleagues in our Risk Office with data power.Accomplishments: - Similarity Semi-Supervised Learning Algorithm for Fraud Detection.- Successfully delivered data products for critical stakeholders (tools: SAS, SQL, and Tableau).- Built strong relationship with end-users and colleagues, being responsible for spreading the analytical culture.- Led Agile Project Management Tool (JIRA) implementation.Tools: SAS, SQL Server, Tableau, RStudio, Python, ACL, and JIRA.

Accomplishments:- Successfully managed 5 different projects for 3 different clients simultaneously, leading 20 inspiring professionals in a challenging environment. - Shifted the team culture in a short period of time, stimulating collaboration, communication, and teamwork so individual success emerged contributing to exceptional team deliveries.

Now I was leading the whole project and I am so thankful for the opportunity I had to work with such brilliant people. I can’t count how many challenging situations we were able to face together and how much I learned from each one of my colleagues.We spent so many hours working so hard, but always enthusiastically singing and dancing to keep the great energy even late at night (I will never forget our ‘The Voice Deloitte’)As any data passionate mind, it was so exciting to spread my love for Data Analytics to over 200 professionals in our yearly QlikView/Qlik Sense training; and partnering with Deloitte’s administrative team on building a People Analytics initiative.Accomplishments:- Delivered multiple projects (national and international) under pressure and on a challenging environment, leading simultaneously (in a technical matter) 9 different business Analysts with little support from management.- Implemented Business Intelligence tool to support the evaluation process, reducing in half the executive hours needed by the process.- Responsible to spread the Analytical Culture to different teams, led innovative proposal to design People Analytics to support recruiting, promoting, and retaining talents internally.

As a Consultant, I was able to train and manage other professionals.Here my love for people strongly emerged. It was amazing how much we could deliver and learn together.Accomplishments:- Delivered high-quality project in a national challenging multilocation project with a short timeframe for a huge Insurance company in Brazil. - Developed a strong relationship with key executive-level clients.- Known as a reference in Data Analytics for the Risk Advisory team in Rio de Janeiro, as I delivered high recognized dashboards for internal use: PMO dashboard, Evaluation Dashboard, Financial Analysis, and others.- Helped to create analytical training to the Rio de Janeiro Office: Analytics, QlikView, Qlik Sense, and others.

It was at the beginning of my journey at Deloitte that I first fell in love with data and the unimaginable power it has to boost learning and decision making.After 3 months of working full time in a Data Analytics project, I knew that it was the future and I wanted to be part of that. So my journey to becoming a data geek had begun and my beloved first weapon was QlikView.Accomplishments:- Self-developed QlikView abilities and delivered a complete KPI dashboard to support administrative activities.- Developed a strong relationship with key clients, being a trusted professional and recurrent advisor.- Incremented analytical deliverables in Excel and QlikView, first steps on becoming a reference in Analytics for the team.
