Hi there, Welcome to my profile!I am an Industrial and Systems Engineer graduated from Tec de Monterrey (ITESM). I am passionate about challenges where I get the chance of proving my leadership and management skills. I consider myself an empathic person, open to change, that has the ability to analyze, summarize and solve complex problems; My approach is having a high focus on objectives and goals.Nowdays I'm a Sr. Analyst in Tenaris' Planning Marketing Team in Mexico, I love my job! I'm facing new challenges in my carrer, I'm responsible of the coordination and follow up of critical commercial processes.I graduated from Tenaris’ Global Trainee Program (GTP), which is a high-performance two-year program. Throughout my experience in Tenaris I've acquired knowledge in Planning and Commercial Marketing which consist of a profound understanding of the the Oil and Gas market in Mexico. After the GTP, I joined the Industrial Planning Team, where I was able to learn and gain experience in resource planning, mainly supporting Supply Chain’s team, I applied new technologies to improve daily KPI’s follow up. A few months later I was selected to work on a short term assignment (STA) in Tenaris’ Commercial Planning Team, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I learnt the global view of the company, understood internal commercial processes and proposed improvements to optimize each BU's commercial process performance.Network wise, I have developed an international networking platform to face different challenges. My performance has been evaluated as outstanding, not only by my supervisor, but also by my internal clients.
