I have a Bachelor's degree in Law from Tec de Monterrey. Throughout my career, I have practiced in different areas of the field, such as civil and commercial law at OJE Abogados and criminal litigation at Bufetec. I was in charge of the research and academic area at Carrillo Vega Abogados, as well as working in the corporate law branch. Within my institution, I was a member of the Student Court, an organ of the Student Government of the Federation of Tec Students for approximately two years.In addition, I studied at the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium, where I took specialized master's courses in international and European law, practicing my fourth language, French. Now as a certified lawyer, I’m mainly specialized in corporate law, reviewing corporate governance, business partnerships, trust funds and real estate development matters.
