At Rebecca Purdy Design, I worked as her assistant in all stages of the projects, including meetings with clients, presentation drawings, construction documents, and furniture and material research. During my time with Rebecca, I also contributed to the implementation and construction phase, including coordination with clients, suppliers, contractors, and installation personnel to achieve project deliverables.

At Dias Carneiro Advogados, I advised local and foreign clients in different areas related to intellectual property, entertainment, technology transfer, franchising, and commercial agreements. I analyzed and negotiated several license agreements related to the work of some renowned designers like Philippe Stark, Jason Wu, Campana Brothers, and Karl Lagerfeld. During my time at Dias Carneiro, I also assisted in structuring and managing the franchise system of relevant companies in Brazil as Burger King, Darden Corporation (Olive Garden Restaurant), Red Lobster Seafood Co., Grendene S.A. (Melissa Shoes), School of Rock, Inbrands, among others.

At Felsberg Advogados, I drafted and analyzed several commercial and intellectual property agreements, corporate documents and performed all acts concerning the incorporation, dissolution, and liquidation of Brazilian companies.

I joined the bank as an intern in January 2010 and I was hired as a lawyer upon my graduation in December 2011. During this time at ING Bank N.V., I assisted the Senior Legal Counsel and the Head of Legal & Compliance in all activities related to the legal department, including drafting and analysis of a variety of agreements, warranties documents, banking instruments, and corporate documents.
