Its main services are providing legal and tax counsel.I was responsible for providing due diligence to our clients books in order to ensure their compliance with the current tax laws, assess them in steps to take in order to amend any discrepancy. My work included overseeing: income tax, VAT, withholding tax, among others.Industries I have worked with are: Oil and gas, mining, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods and floral.

Medios de Comunicación a su Servicio (MCS) is a family business dedicated to the advertisement brokerage on radio, newspapers and television throughout Ecuador.Main responsabilities within this role include but are not limited to account management, supply management, cash management, preparing the company tax statements and generating its financial reports.I have been closely involved in restructuring operations and reporting structure to fit the new media regulation in Ecuador.

Manager for the Ericsson account within Financial Services department in Chile. Main responsabilities within this role included the generation of the U.S. and Canada financial reports for the Regional Heads of Ericsson. I was responsible for various financial analysis including: the review of working capital, cost control, unbilled accounts, inventory control, among others. Deliverables involve several hundred monthly reports to connect inputs from PMO, Contract Analyst and Business Finance, and provide high level analysis for all stakeholders. I was responsible for overall operations, delivery, manage client relationship, people management in a team of five members representing one region supported by Evalueserve, and coordination with other regions to ensure standardization and change management best practices. All work and communications were conducted in English.
