As an event planner at Casa Loma, one of Canada's top tourist attractions and event venues, I create and execute memorable events for a diverse range of clients and guests. With a master's degree in event management from CETT_UB, a prestigious tourism and hospitality school in Barcelona, I have gained a solid foundation in event planning, marketing, and sales, as well as a global perspective on the event industry. Throughout my career, I have collaborated on multiple event projects, both domestic and international, in various sectors and formats, such as corporate, social, hybrid, and virtual events. Some of my highlights include planned a large-scale gala dinner for a Fortune 500 company, coordinated high-standard weddings and facilitating a cross-cultural workshop for a non-profit organization. In each project, I leverage my strengths in customer service, communication, and creativity, as well as my multilingual skills in Spanish and English, to deliver exceptional event experiences and exceed expectations. Going forward, my goal is to continue to grow and learn as an event professional, and to contribute to the recovery and innovation of the event industry in the post-pandemic era. I am passionate about creating out-of-this-world event experiences that connect people, inspire change, and celebrate life. I am always eager to explore new trends, technologies, and opportunities in the event field, and to collaborate with other talented and enthusiastic event planners and coordinator.
