-Coordinate with other department the good use of company ERP (Winrest);-Make sure the people using the ERP are trained;-Make sure the data is accurate on constant basis;-Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources;-Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and relevant insights;-Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present results in a clear and concise manner; -Collaborate with internal teams to understand data analysis needs and provide appropriate support; -Participate in the implementation of new strategies based on data analysis;-Make recommendations to optimize processes and enhance operational performance;-Manage the team members;-Manage the Digital transformation;-Manage the IT department;-Deploy the department action plan;-Comply with the Digital, IT, Security guidance of the Group.

• Data Collection and Cleaning:- Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external sources.- Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.• Data Analysis:- Use statistical techniques and software tools to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and correlations. - Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and inform further analysis.• Data Visualization:- Create visual representations of data, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to make findings understandable andaccessible.• Prepare reports and presentations, maintenance of data integrity and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Maintain and delete accounts mainly of MS Active Directory, SAP, and OracleCreate, manage changes, provide access, ensure user data qualityRespond to work requests for technical support and perform proactive monitoring of computer systems through appropriate toolsDocument, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely and most cost-efficient resolution

Updating client security documents;Handling issues management-related questions and administration;Performing reporting;Supporting Client and Internal audits and reviews;Monitoring and resolving alerts / vulnerabilities - supporting Security Incident;Client Risk Management.Ownership and coordination of the overall process for onboarding and offboarding from customers’environment (processes and restrictions related to Identity and Access Management and Risk &Compliance).
