I have dedicated 26 years to the tourism industry. My journey began at a travel agency, where I assisted both domestic and international clients with their travel needs. For the past 22 years, I have been part of the incoming department at Personal Brasil. During this time, I have gained extensive experience in serving diverse nationalities, including Indians, Europeans, Russians, and Asians. Each day, I immerse myself in their cultures, learning and adapting to their unique characteristics. Each group has distinct preferences, communication styles, and expectations. Navigating this diversity can be both enriching and challenging. Additionally, I have the privilege of showcasing Brazil’s diverse destinations, from serene idyllic beaches to the awe-inspiring Amazon Rainforest.
