Lead the strategy for private market, creating affordability solutions for oncology and vaccines, to help patients gain access to innovative products. Identified low accessibility rates for immunotherapy in the private market, therefore designed and implemented a financial patient program to reduce the economic burden of a high-cost IO, allowing more patients to gain access to the treatment, improving adherence resulting in a growth of the patient base. Found an opportunity in a business-to-business model to co create solutions with companies to help their employees improve their health benefits. By creating a partnership with an inclusion-based company, we approached affiliated companies with value proposals, to improve private market VCR, create awareness campaigns and benefit employee’s families and NGO´s. Stretch assignment: Creation and implementation for the 2024 medical education program strategy for the top vaccines brand, building relations with the top medical associations, organizing training and marketing events for the brand, with active participation national and international congress, while complying with MSD´s internal regulations.

Joined MSD through a talent program, in oncology and vaccines marketing, leading core strategy projects. Oncology: Creation and development of the first support patient program in MSD Mexico for oncologic patients, attending the market needs for creating solutions to improve treatment adherence for high-cost IO, aiding them in navigating a complex health care system. Vaccines: creation and implementation of an omni channel consumer activation campaign for our top vaccines brand, resulting in recovering two girls lost cohorts during COVID pandemic, with a total of 2.5 million applied doses, improving Mexico´s VCR.

Worked as a project manager in the Respiratory Diseases Business Unit in the marketing area, in charge of improving the access, adherence and accessibility for asthma patients. Identified Mexico’s most pressing healthcare needs for asthma patients in the public sector and identified ways AstraZeneca could help reference hospitals meet those needs, benefiting both patients and medical organisations.  Designed strategy for implementation of 3 asthma excellence centres, with goal of improving quality of diagnosis, time for diagnosis, and treatment of patients with asthma, therefore creating a more efficient patient journey and improving patient’s outcomes.

Collaborated with public children’s hospitals to coordinate recruitment of beneficiaries for foundation. Interviewed and assessed potential beneficiaries, creating profile for each child. Contributed to preparation and coordination of wishes, including various fundraising activities and supervised volunteers. Devised and implemented new strategies for acquiring and approving beneficiaries, and for making wishes come true, during COVID-19 pandemic.

• Management of the neurological programs , composed by a 50 health experts member team, with more than 50 patients enrolled. • KPI implementation and follow up: monthly trainings of the personnel, patient follow up, patient engagement. Resulting in 20% increase in patient enrollment, better patient adherence and enlarging the program internationally.• Management of 3 foundations, including pro bono neurological consults and treatments, creating a bond with the pharmaceutical company IPSEN which included donations of botulinic toxin used in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy.• Implementation of a data base including various pediatric neurologic disorders, with the target of designing a survey to help primary care attention in diagnosing neurological diseases at short age. • National round tables with physicians for awareness and medical treatment updates.
