Hi, I'm Fernanda! 👋 I'm from Rio de Janeiro. I have had a disability since I was 14 years old. Facing this challenge in life made me someone resilient who doesn't give up in the face of difficulties and always wants to go further. In my professional journey, I worked in the Academic area of an Educational company for about 4 years. I started my career there as a proofreader, but with dedication and proactivity, I received the opportunity to face bigger challenges. Thus, I participated in launching a digital educational product for which I was responsible, making contact with the participating sectors from the scope to the release to users. I also actively worked on the reformulation of the processes of a face-to-face course that was previously done manually and in print and is now produced entirely digitally. I worked with the development team in planning the screens, their contents, and their functionalities. I was also responsible for some of the processes. The improvements optimized the processes and reduced the time and effort spent by the teams that work in them. In this company, I learned valuable lessons and was also able to explore previously unknown skills such as leadership and people management. I created a project to improve the relationship and productivity of my team using the DISC test to outline profiles and Patrick Lencioni's team management methods to outline strategies that generated great results in the group. 💡I'm a UX designer and UX writer in training. I was delighted with the User Experience universe. To have the opportunity to transform the user's journey and make it more pleasant, more useful, and accessible to all audiences is what motivates me in this area of transition. I'm doing a postgraduate course in User Experience, a UX design and UI course at the Mentorama school and a UX writing course at EBAC.
