Based on my 16 years of experience in the finance field at a large education company in Rio de Janeiro, I have acquired solid knowledge in data analysis, management reporting, budget control, goal management, and performance indicators. I have extensive experience in automation and usability projects, quality management, and crisis resolution.From February 2018 to December 2019, I had the opportunity to participate in a language exchange program in Cork, Ireland, which enhanced my language skills and provided a two-year cultural immersion.I played a crucial role as a collaborator with the area manager in developing approaches and processes for post-acquisition financial integration of new higher education institutions into Universidade Estácio de Sá, part of the YDUQS Group. I coordinated the finance department, back office, and systems to implement the university's operational models in the newly acquired companies, considering cultural aspects, governance, models, policies, processes, and systems. As a Senior Financial Analyst, I led all integration activities from the moment of acquisition to the delivery of fully integrated units for four institutions, providing operational support for three months after integration. I consistently achieved the expected results according to the Business Plans.Currently, I have the opportunity to work again in the finance department of an education company that is experiencing significant growth in the Brazilian market.
