Deciding to be a pioneer in a new market came when I was invited to co-create Commu with Iza, Rafa, and Ana.For me, after graduating in journalism and realizing that wasn't the path I wanted to follow, I knew my future lay somewhere between marketing and technology.We started back in 2021 without really knowing what we were doing or where we were headed, but we were sure of one thing: we needed to spread the word about intentional communities because we believe they are the solution to 99.9% of the world’s problems.Employee engagement? Community.Since then, we’ve built and managed over 50 communities across more than 40 different niches, and we’ve trained over 300 people using our unique methodology for community creation and management.And we’re just getting started.We won’t stop until more of the world sees what we see:Communities are the future and the only way forward.
