After finishing my Masters at the College, I stayed for a year as Bridge, someone appointed to support incoming students. I supported them with personal issues, adapting to the new environment, with community engagement opportunities, in collaborative group dynamics, and with their individual work for the programme. I also supported teachers in offering their modules, mainly with practical activities and field visits. A very pro-active, dynamic and engaging year!
