GSK is a global pharmaceutical company that researches, develops, and produces innovative vaccines and medicines to improve patients' health.In the BI&SFE team, I was responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) of medical visits, demand, and prescription and for preparing GSK sales and performance reports, with indicators such as market share and growth, to compare GSK's performance with the market. These reports assist the Marketing teams and Sales Force in making strategic decisions.Additionally, I participated in calculating the variable remuneration and bonuses for the Sales Force and I also offered support in resolving their doubts and queries related to productivity, optimizing the field team's performance.

Assessa is a Brazilian company that develops and markets innovative natural cosmetic ingredients for personal care companies in Brazil and around the world.As a team member, my main responsibility was to ensure the compliance of product documentation with the regulatory requirements of each country. In this context, I had direct contact with clients, sharing the necessary information.One of the major challenges was dealing with the diverse specific regulatory requirements of each client regarding the products. When there was interest in a specific product, but it did not meet all their needs, I used my problem-solving skills and communication to find alternatives and propose them to the client.Additionally, I used Excel to create spreadsheets and KPIs in various areas, aiming at obtaining future certifications and continuous process improvements.

To gain experience in research and laboratory, I decided to start scientific initiation. I was responsible for planning, organizing, executing the project steps and presenting results according to the research advances. Through constant tests analysis using Excel and other tools, I developed my analytical vision and English language, since most of the project research and writing an article was done in English.
