I have a solid experience, 16 years, in Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Controls and Auditing (Big Fours, internal and external audit), especially in leading the implementation of risk and control management programs (risk and control matrix, lines of defense, corporate governance, policies and continuous improvement), implementation of ERP systems, audit programs (plan, test execution, results), leadership in the implementation of risk management systems and access to systems, leadership in various projects, management of regulations (COSO, SOX, RCSA, IFRS and specifics) and report to the Board. In addition, I have worked in different sectors of the economy such as finance, technology, civil construction, cosmetics, services, retail, energy, agriculture, among others (regulated and non-regulated environments).I have strong ability to navigate in highly complex environments and develop trusting relationships with different business areas, stakeholders, global teams, customers and suppliers. Additionally, I have a strategic and holistic view of all areas, of all business processes (P2P, OTC, tax, accounting, payroll, inventory, fixed assets and others), experience with team management, connection of the company with diversity and English idiom.
