Fernanda had an important experience in executive search acted as a National Divisional Director for Hays Executive and Hays Project Solutions (spot projects and RPO) with P&L responsibility. She also was in charge of the Commercial area for Brazil, supporting and influencing consultants in sales activities. Fernanda conducted personally top level positions within Life Science and FMCG sectors as well as Board Member positions and Assessments. Currently, Fernanda was promoted as a Senior Director with the main objective of structuring and scale up the Flex division (temp jobs), one of our global main brand. Started her professional career at HAYS Experts Brazil in 2006, being responsible for developing and consolidating the Legal practice area for the middle management business. In 2011, joined Hays Executive leading the start-up of the brand and its growth through the country and supporting the operation in Latin America. She initiated her career at a well-known law firm and in a public tax entity focusing her efforts towards the tax and corporate law areas. She has a proven background in sales (hunter and farmer), strategic and execution skills, and a close management of high performance teams. Fernanda is skilled in sales fundamentals, financial impacts, has a growth mindset and is someone who balance operational and strategic matters, having supported Hays in start-ups of new divisions. Fernanda believes in partnership, collaboration and team work. Fernanda is a member of the Brazil Board and reports directly to the South America Managing Director.
