I am a designer with 14 years of experience, almost three years as a Product Designer at Serasa, one of the largest credit and consumer protection companies in Brazil. I have an affinity for UX Research and work on end-to-end projects, from discovery to delivery, working with Design Thinking and Agile.As a Product Designer, I apply analysis methods such as desk research, exploratory research, questionnaires, interviews, personas, user journey, empathy map, canvas and various matrices, to understand the needs and pains of users and businesses. I also create wireframes, UI, prototypes and tests, using tools such as Figma, Hotjar and Maze, to validate and iterate the proposed solutions. My goal is to create "phygital" products and services that generate value and positive impact for customers and the company.I have a bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo and a graduate degree in Information Architecture and UX Design from Faculdade Impacta de Tecnologia. Additionally, I have certifications in Customer Experience Management, UX Metrics and Product Discovery. I am interested in the areas of UX Research, Service Design and Customer Experience and seek to constantly update myself on market trends and best practices.
