I had to collect all the necessary documentation to validate the Assessment and also in most cases, help them to improve their impact to be able to achieve the Certification.We encourage companies to use the BIA as a tool to measure impact, but also as a tool for continuous improvement.

We had collaborative workshops with the companies involved in the program, meetings, in-situ visits, and constant work on measuring the impact through the BIA.Finally, we created a plan to incorporate improvements in the company and be able to get the B Corp Certification.
