My main achievements were:• Working with multidisciplinary teams in strategic cross-company initiatives to reach forward-looking solutions, this is how we were able to implement the core product in a new market (Brazil) in less time than estimated.• Planning and implementing new forms of organization and processes to scale the teams, reducing risks and dependencies. In this way, in one semester we were able to triple the number of teams and focus them on specific parts of the user's journey. Betterfly, in less than 2 years, went from being a small startup to become the first social unicorn in Latin America and the third in Chile.• Building a design team with more defined roles that elevated and accelerated the level of products and processes. These roles were able to focus on content, translation and localization of content; the creation and implementation of a proprietary Design System and line of illustrations. Finally, we were able to integrate quantitative and qualitative research as the core of decisions, working together with Data and Customer Research teams.
