Serves as the Program and Management Analyst at U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM). Prepare, maintain and staff the Joint Manpower Program through USSOUTHCOM activities, Joint Staff, and Services and ensure command manpower resources are accurately portrayed in the Fourth Estate Manpower Tracking System (FMTS), Future Years Defense Program (FYDP), Manpower Management System (MMS), and DOD Resources Data Warehouse (DRDW). Reconcile all manpower adjustments issued through the RMD and coordinate actions with internal USSOUTHCOM stakeholders (i.e. SCJ8), Joint Staff, Services, DASD-CN, and concerned agencies to defend command position and obtain approval of programmatic actions. Ensure Directorates and Staff received requested data calls, taskers, or requests for information within 5 days or by their established suspense date. Conduct manpower and organizational studies (when feasible), analyze data, prepare reports, and develop practical, immediate and long-term solutions for manpower issues on an as needed basis to support command objectives.
